Cole Stott
Managing PartnerCole Stott is the President of Premier Athletics. Cole earned a business degree focused on Sport Management from The University of Tennessee in 1998. Cole has co-founded several companies with a focus on youth sports throughout his career. He has extensive experience in all aspects of business development with a focus on strategy across multiple activities.
He was recently President of a division generating more than $25 million in gross revenue managing 250 plus employees. He enjoys travel and lake time with his wife Kristy and two sons Mason and Maddox.
Casey Jones
Managing PartnerCasey Jones is the owner of Stingray Cheer Company, Inc., Motus, Partner, and Cheer Fest, Partner. Casey began his cheerleading career at Georgia Southern University in 1992. After college Casey worked for several gyms before purchasing American cheerleading in 1998. In 2002 that was rebranded into The Stingray Allstars.
Casey has coached all levels of cheerleading to include college, and currently handles the operating and daily management of Stingrays, its subsidiary companies as well as several other industry related businesses. Casey has been involved in several USASF committees and other cheerleading businesses to include camps and consulting. Casey is most proud of his wife of 27 years and their five children!
Kevin Brubaker
Managing PartnerKevin was born in Chicago Illinois and grew up in Sheridan Wyoming. He is a former competitive Gymnast (1977-1986). Because of his tumbling, that led him to cheer 4 years at Wingate University (1986-1990) and 2 years in Graduate School at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (1990-1992).
Kevin is the founder, Owner and Coach at Charlotte Allstar Cheerleading & Gymnastics for 33 years. (1990 - present). He was the innovator and creator of Spring Floor cheerleading competitions 1993 and Level Play 1997, both the now normal of all Allstar competitions.
Additionally, Kevin is the Founder and was the Owner of Cheersport (1995 - 2015) which was the largest Cheerleading competition in the world for 10 straight years. Kevin enjoys speaking directly to gym owners and has traveled to all 50 states and over 1100 gyms throughout his Sales career. He was the former National Sales Director of New Business Development for Varsity All Stars (2015-2020). Kevin has also choreographed Half-Time Shows for the Carolina Panthers (NFL) and Charlotte Hornets (NBA).
Kevin was Cheer Ltd's National Cheerleading Coach of the Year (2007), inducted into the Spirit Industry Trade Association Cheerleading Hall of Fame (2010) and married to Jenn Brubaker for 22 years. They have 2 daughters, Sky-19 and Ava-16 who have a combined 29 years of all-star and school cheerleading experience. Kevin is in his 41st year of coaching and still coaches Teal at Charlotte Allstars, the Senior Small Coed Level 6 team.
Kevin’s faith is very important to him. He is a Transformation Church member; he and his wife Jenn lead a TC Life Group / Bible Study on Monday evenings.

Stacy Rowe
Managing PartnerStacy Rowe is the Senior Vice President for Premier Athletics. She has been with Premier Athletics since 2001. She began as a gym manager in Clayton, NC. Stacy was 2014 USASF Coach of the Year and has coached many cheer and dance teams throughout her career. Her teams have earned several Gold, Silver, and Bronzer World Championship placements and she understands the work it takes to be successful.
She is passionate about teaching others to build their business and grow their programs to the best of their ability. Stacy is a jack of many trades and serves as the Director of Marketing for Stage 8 Dance Brands. She is a wife of 21 years and a mother of two teenagers, Avery and Jon. Her hobby is writing novels, in 2022 she published her debut novel The Secrets We Conceal by S.R. Fabrico. She recently released the My Journal Series, a series of journals on various sports including cheerleading and dance for athletes. Her genuine wish is to help athletes set goals, track their season, and enjoy the journey. Coming soon is My Firefly Journal for women and a second novel so stay tuned!
Jenna Plutyk
Marketing AssistantJenna was born and raised in Saxonburg, Pennsylvania. She received her bachelor’s degree in Sport Management minoring in business administration from Slippery Rock University and has worked for multiple professional sport organizations including the New York Yankees and the Charlotte Hornets.
Jenna was an Allstar cheerleader for 15 years, she now coaches at Charlotte Allstars, and loves creating new memories off the mat.
